Here are answers to frequently asked questions clients have asked in the past.

• No, I am not taking on new clients
• No, I only work with one client at a time. 
• My waiting list is currently full until the end of the year.
• Yes, your privacy is assured and total. I do not talk about my clients except in the most abstract of terms (IE, wanted a a certain special feature in the property.)
• Yes, I am female
• No, payments must be made up front.
• I charge $2000 per a day plus a 0.5% commission on final property purchased if I do not have to travel.
• If I have to travel, I charge $5000 per a day, plus travel expenses, plus 1% commission on final property purchased. 
• Yes, I have a one week (five days,) minimum charge although I will change that at my discretion for easier requests. 
• Yes maximum charge is agreed upon up front and still due even if no suitable property is found.
• No, I am not a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Inspector or affiliated with the industry in any way. I am a neutral 3rd party representing your interests.
• Your needs may not always be possible. Sometimes they can be built. I will explore such options if it seems appropriate.
• No, my prices are non-negotiable.
• Yes, you can probably do what I do cheaper for yourself.
• No, I do not speak any foreign languages. I hire translators for that. 
• Yes, I can interview local real estate agents, inspectors, and construction personnel for you.
• Yes, if you have specific requests that can not be fulfilled in a normal property and decide to construct them, I can manage the Construction Project, keep you apprised of timelines and handle most issues. See above for rates.
• Yes, I will take pictures of the property and provide them digitally.

• Hobbies include Photography, Traveling, Yoga, being a foodie, and cuddling with my dog.
